发现 Claude mods
这里默认只列出有证据的 Claude Code Mod：插件的钩子配置声明了函数钩子模块（modules）。服务器每 6 小时在 GitHub 上找新的 Mod，也接受你提交的仓库。
当前只显示 5 个有证据的 Claude Mod。索引里另外保存的插件、技能和配置包（全部共 2,043 个包）没有删除，查看全部类型。
